Quality Control & Administrative Officer


Quality Control:

  • Inspect incoming raw materials (coils, paints, thinner, lacquer, etc.) and identify defects like rust and pinholes.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and products to prevent contamination.
  • Verify that all lubricants and lacquers used are food-grade and comply with safety standards.
  • Conduct detailed inspections of body sheets, lids, and bottom covers using calibrated tools.
  • Monitor and document production processes, including seaming, leakage testing, and finishing of drums.
  • Ensure each finished drum is uniquely identified for traceability.
  • Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and conduct internal audits.
  • Provide training on quality and safety procedures to staff.

Administrative Duties:

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain records of office equipment, vehicles, generators, and other assets, including maintenance schedules.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and evaluate procurement needs.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Oversee office maintenance, janitorial services, and record-keeping of company trademarks and agreements.
  • Manage inbound/outbound courier services.
  • Assist with PRO related works.


Admin cum HR Manager



Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations issues and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations


Payroll Officer



Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records, including changes in pay rates, benefits, and deductions.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, and bonuses, ensuring all payroll components are accurately reflected.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including earnings statements and tax documents.
  • Ensure timely payment of salaries and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
  • Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee records and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
