PROJECT DIRECTOR

Degree qualified in a relevant discipline civil / structural / construction project management in Saudi Arabia

PMP, APM or an equivalent accreditation

Proven experience in recognized PMC companies in mega and landmark projects, regionally and locally.

Proven track record of instituting project excellence models and best practices, including steel structure buildings and talent development

Seasonal experience and knowledge of local authority processes, procedures, codes and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications :

Minimum 20 years senior management experience in building construction in Saudi Arabia

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Degree in construction management, Structural engineering, or related field in Saudi Arabia

15 years of experience in construction management.

Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods

Understanding of all facets of the construction process.

Familiarity with construction management software packages.

Leadership and human resources management skills.

Expert knowledge of building products, steel structure, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

DESIGN MANAGER

15+ years design management experience on a variety of Hospitality projects

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.

Previous experience of working on Hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia.

PLANNING MANAGER

A bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience in related field with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the construction, programme, project or commercial management disciplines.

Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.

Good communications skills.

COST MANAGER

A bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience in related field with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the construction management, Finance or commercial management disciplines.

Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.

Proven experience in cost management within the engineering or construction industry, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.

Proficiency in cost estimation techniques, financial modeling, and budgeting software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
