Assistant Manager/ Officer - Adhesives - SB&SF

• The person should be responsible for achieving production target as per plan
• Manage & utilization of man power for production.
• Quality consistency of production as per specified SOP and quality and energy Standards.
• Co- ordinations with maintenance for break down & work order.
• Implementation of 5S in Adhesive plant
• The person should be responsible for implementation EHS and Energy system by implementation of ISO standard 9001:2015,14001:2015, 45001:2018 & 50001:2011
• Participation of energy and cost saving projects and reduction in hazardous waste generation.
• Batch cycle time control, Energy calculation of products KwH/ MT.
• Reporting to Manager for any deviations in batch quality, safety, energy and RCA/ CAPA.
• Inventory Management in adhesive plant of RM, FG and packing materials.
