Control Room Operator

• Mission: Control all the parameters of the line

Rolling Operator

• Mission: Takes care of the rolling process.
  
  
• JOB:
• Remove copper bar inside the rolling mill when stops happens.
• Cut cast bar and removal.
• Remove stands if necessary.
• Takes cares about lubrication.
• Checking the working parameters and the bar quality
• Starts the process.
• Shearing activities

• Qualification: 3 years Experience

Cast Wheel Operator

• Mission: To keep the parameters of the casting Wheel in condition to produce quality rod.
  
  
• JOB:
• Starts the process.
• Casting Activities
• Guiding from the wheel up to the shearing area
• Changing belt casting. (two persons)
• Prepare the casting wheel before starting. (sooting)
• checking and adjustment of the ring and belt soot system
• Take care of State of tundish spout .
• Take care of cleaning of casting wheel (water high pressure)
• Control of thickness of acetylene layer
• checking and adjustment of the molten metal level in the mould
• checking the temperature of the molten metal, bar, ring and belt
• checking the condition of the thermocouple
• checking and adjustment of the cooling water pressure and compressed air pressure
• checking the operation of the water sprays
• checking the cast bar loop and maintain the casting/rolling synchronization

• Experience: 3 years Experience

        Education: diploma

Melting Operator

• Mission: to convert copper cathodes into copper liquid in quantity and good quality.
• JOB:
• Control combustion system in order to reach the right oxygencontent. (burners ignition and combustion regulation)
• Molten metal bath quality control
• Transferring of molten metal
• operate the furnace (burner, lances, tilting device, etc.)
• assuring the furnace filling and metal availability for casting
• checking and adjustment of the molten metal quality
• checking and adjustment of the molten metal temperature and flow
• removal of all dross and transportation to the dross holding area
• manage the slag ladles
• Melting in quantity: 17 Tn /h
• Takes samples and analyze in LECO.
• Takes samples and analyze in Spectro.
• Slagging holding
• Control temperature and oxygen in holding.
• If a burner is stopped is his duty to open it and start again.
  
  
• Qualification: 3 years Experience
  
  
• Education: diploma

Material Handling - Raw Material

• Mission: To handle raw materials, scrap and charging the furnace
• JOB:
• Charging of the furnaces (operate the charging machine).
• Provide the label of the bundle to the system to control material balance.
• Discharge raw material (cathodes from trucks).
• Divide bundles.
• Cut metal strips.
• Removed Woods.
• Charging cast bar.
• Helps to remove the cast bar during a line stop.
  
  
• QUALIFICATION:
  
  
• Drive forklift 5 and 7 TON
• 2 years Experience
  
  
• Education: Min. High school
