 Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through effective menu planning and pricing strategies.
  
  
• Supervise staff performance, provide training as needed, and handle employee relations issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-11 years of experience in hotel management or related field (QSR/F&B industry).
  
• BHM degree from a recognized institution (IHM or equivalent).
  
• Proven track record of success in managing multiple outlets simultaneously.
  
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation methods, ingredients, and presentation techniques
