Role & responsibilities
- communicating with clients to determine their food preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Ensuring to take note of any food allergies or particular meal preparation specifications from clients.
- Preparing and presenting customized meal plans or approval.
- Stocking on various ingredients and kitchen tools required.
- Reviewing ingredients and other packaged food products to check for quality and consumption date.
- Adhering to the food, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Cleaning and maintaining the work station before and after every meal preparation.
- Plating and serving meals to clients on time.
- Washing, cleaning, and sanitizing cooking equipment and utensils.
- Ensuring that there is no waste of food.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven work experience in the hospitality industry as a Personal Chef, or a similar role.
- Preferred Previous Experience in London.
- Professional Culinary training or certification is desirable.
- Complete knowledge of industry, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Understanding of nutritional requirements.
- Knowledge of various cooking and cuisine styles in VEG.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Having an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work for flexible hours.
- 10+ years experience
