Store Incharge for Tanzania

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to manage and oversee the inventory and operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inventory control, cycle counting, and a STRONG FAMILIARITY WITH VEHICLE SPARE PARTS. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order processing.
Conduct regular cycle counting to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
Maintain and update inventory records in the ERP system and Excel spreadsheets.
Ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of vehicle spare parts.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Implement and enforce store policies/ procedures to ensure efficient & effective operations.
Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and train store staff to ensure high performance & adherence to company standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in inventory control and cycle counting.
Familiarity with vehicle spare parts and related inventory requirements.
Proficient in using ERP systems and Excel for inventory management and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
