1- Cashier (Store Associate)




Functional Skills:


Process sales transactions and handle payments.

Answer customer questions and offer product recommendations.

Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.

Address and resolve customer complaints.

Process returns and exchanges following SOPs.

Ensure compliance with financial transactions, administrative tasks, and banking processes.

Assist with stocking and rotating merchandise at cash tills and Q-rails.

Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.

Stay informed about promotions, advertisements, and product details.

Engage proactively in counter selling and promote products of the month (POTM).

Manage replenishment of Q-rail and counter sales products.

Support store visual merchandising according to SOPs and guidelines.


Knowledge, Skills & Ability

  • Ability to calculate sales & change quickly.
  • Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts and records.
  • Service-oriented and willing to help customers.
  • Customer service skills to maintain positive customer relationships, encourage customer loyalty and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent communication to interact with team members and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems.

Education & Experience

  • Should hold a high school Diploma / Degree.
  • Should have a minimum of 2-4 years of retail experience or relevant.
  • Fluency in English





2- Operations (Store Associate)




Functional Skills:


Assist with loading and unloading containers and cartons.

Verify received items against shipping invoices for accuracy.

Organize and manage stockroom inventory, ensuring compliance.

Support visual merchandising in common store areas.

Replenish Q-rails and cash counter products as needed.

Restock sales floor items as required.

Facilitate and support scheduled store inventory checks, ensuring SOP compliance.

Aid in theft prevention and inventory accuracy.

Handle defective, damaged, expired items, or overstocks for return shipments.

Assist with store and stockroom cleanup during closing shifts.


Knowledge, Skills & Ability

  • Possesses physical strength necessary to unload, lift, and carry heavy cartons.
  • Familiar & Proficient to work on computers (possess basic MS-Office skills) and confident in operating on inventory softwares.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Exhibits familiarity with the range of brand products.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively.
  • Is a potential team player.
  • Demonstrates ability to read and interpret inventory documents.
  • Exhibits familiarity with proper safety procedures in stockrooms.

Education & Experience

  • Should hold a high school Diploma / Degree.
  • Should have a minimum of 2-4 years of retail experience or relevant.
