Required Candidate profile

Ensure training in the use of methods, materials & equipment as instigated by the Operation Manager. Distribute materials from store as required & inform the Operation Manager if supplies running low.

8+ years experience

Assist in developing job descriptions and job postings, Coordinate and conduct the initial screening of candidates.
Schedule interviews and assist in the hiring process.
Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Oman Driving License.

Required Candidate profile

Assist in resolving employee issues & conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Assist in performance appraisal system

6+ years experience

Asst. Operations Manager - Facility Management Services

Maintain cleaning & pest control operation to the required specification, as directed, using correct techniques, chemicals, and cleaning equipment. Ensure safety using correct warning signs and safety equipment. Valid Oman License is required

Managing the day-to-day requirements of the pest control operations team
Ensure the resources and team members are efficiently utilized, rotos are planned and
executed in line with the plans. Allocate the pest control teams to site locations

Required Candidate profile

Delegating project tasks to operations team members, monitoring the completion of the
tasks from open to close. Collation of all process trackers weekly with action plans to the manager

6+ years experience

Landscaping Supervisor

Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance schedules and completion for landscape irrigation systems. Design, construction, installation & operation management of irrigation drainage network systems. Valid Oman driving license

Required Candidate profile

Supervise & monitor irrigation activities, take corrective action. Evaluate variation orders & monthly progress claims. Supervise & ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance
requests/complaints
