Co-ordination with various stakeholders including local authorities, utility companies, and transportation agencies to ensure smooth progress and minimize disruptions to surrounding areas

Utilizing corporate ISO processes to track project schedule and cost

Managing changes to scope, cost, and schedule of project work

Networking with clients/contractors to ascertain technical specifications

Coordinating cross-functional meetings with Contractors related to project. Facilitating sessions to resolve issues. Allocating appropriate resources to ensure projects are completed within given time and budget
