We are seeking a hard-working and reliable construction workers to join our team. We are looking for the following persons: 

HVAC Technician

Plumber

Carpenter

You will participate in a variety of construction projects and follow construction plans and instructions from the site supervisor. You will have to be a versatile worker, team player and a fast learner.

To be successful in this position, you will work well as part of a team and be able to perform physical tasks associated with the job.

Construction Worker Responsibilities:

• Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
• Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform duty with and without supervision

Construction Worker Job Requirements:

• Work experience is a MUST in one of the following: HVAC Technician, Plumber, Electrician & Mason/Carpenter
• MUST relocate to Guyana, South America for the job.
• Be mild-tempered and a team player.
• Be healthy, strong, and fit.

Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced, Civil Engineer with great industry knowledge. The civil engineer should be a critical thinker and have excellent knowledge of mathematics and physics to identify and solve engineering problems. You must also possess a certain level of creativity in order to present innovative solutions and improvements. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations and negotiate project details.

Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed designs.
• Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
• Preparing and implementing project plans.
• Researching and providing estimates for projects.
• Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.
• Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures and production processes
• Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
• Confidently liaising with other team members and other professional subcontractors.
• Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE Steel Structural Design and Foundation Design Knowledge and Experience
• MUST be willing to relocate to Guyana, South America for the job
• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
• Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and STAAD.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time
