Project Control Engineer



  • Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for projects.
  • Review and analyze project specifications and requirements to develop detailed proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for estimating and proposal development.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the estimation process.
  • Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain a database of cost data for future reference.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.

Design & Drafting Engineer - Mechanical



All drawings (3D, GA and Fabrication) are to be coordinated and developed by the drafter and maintained for review and comments.

Build and Maintain AUTODESK INVENTOR Library for all Assembly and fabrication drawings. Commented drawings from the client to be distributed back to all stakeholders after consultation with PM.

PID and Electrical drawings to be generated in-house.

Develop a BILL OF MATERIAL (BOM) based on the GA and FABRICATION drawing.

Revise DRAWINGS based on comments from clients.

Maintain drafting folder on the FLAROMAN server as per company standards.

Maintain flow of proprietary drawings to fabrication yard

. Develop AS-BUILT drawings based on the markups for the shop floor and QA/QC comments. Implement design requirements based on International Standards. Additional duties as directed by the line manager. KPI'S

Generating an Internal Library of Parts of ALL Flaroman Components within probation period. 3-D Models of all Flaroman projects meeting the project schedule.

Generating GA drawings that can be submitted within THREE Internal reviews.

Designing the Flaroman Package within the budget set by project and suggesting cost saving measures in every project.

TO generate Fabrication drawings and maintain their revisions before the completion of Final inspection.

MIS Account Officer



Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules monthly. (MIS reporting)

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for the monthly financial statement close

• Analyse expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately monthly and report on variances.

• Ensure all deliverables comply with regulatory guidance and professional standards.

• Assist with the annual audit process.

• Document and monitor internal controls.

• Feasibility study report for company CAPEX

• Collect payments and post them to accounts.

• Make personal visits and collect debts.

• Reach out to customers with unpaid debt and attempt to collect from them.

• Set up repayment plans according to ability to pay.

• Advise customers of default consequences and debt repayment policies.

• Generating the daily MIS reports for management review for outstanding receivables.

• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.

• Updates receivable by totalling unpaid invoices.

Sales Engineer - IVMS




1. Responsible for Sales activities in all aspects to map the clients successfully to bag the targeted business and Division Objectives for Telematics [IVMS, Fleet Management Systems, Asset Tracking, Mobile Surveillance, Passenger Information systems, MDT etc.] and added responsibility in selling IoT Solutions [ Digital Transformation, Cloud Security Solutions, and BI & Automation solutions] across all market sectors.

2. Achievement of Business objectives and expectations, in all aspects.

3. Manage the Pre-Sales Technicalities as required.

4. Achieving Daily Activities in meeting the required customers.

5. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through to deal close, and ongoing account management.

6. With a consultative, solutions- based selling style, to build effective relationships with new customers to fully understand their requirements and needs, working in close collaboration with the teams to embed and implement client solutions successfully.

7. Deliver sales revenues from new customers. This will include creating, maintaining, and executing strategic account and opportunity plans to ensure structured development and an organized approach.

8. Responsible for All Presentations [Sales and Technical] during Pre-Sales, PQ etc.

9. Responsible for Marketing and Registrations across all clients.

10. Relationship management with Team/ consultants / Clients / Suppliers

11. Implement Business Strategy in close Coordination with team and all stake holders.

12. Maintain profitability in the Product lines as per the Business Plan.

Qualifications and Experience Graduate and having 5-7 years IVMS Field Sales Experience, mandatory 2 years Gulf Experience in selling IVMS and Telematics Solutions with any of the service providers.


Having strong experience and interpersonal skills in meeting clients and mapping successfully in all aspects including technical presentations, commercial negotiations, and finalization process. Knowledge of Telematics and IVMS solutions and OPAL compliance regulations. Graduate Omani Nationals Preferred, with 1-2 years of relevant experience and interested in IVMS Field Sales.





Design Engineer




Designing the Flare system Package within the budget set by project and suggesting cost saving measures in every project.

Interpretation of the specification, cods and standards to improve the quality of the product and cost effective.

Generating GA drawings that can be submitted within THREE Internal reviews.

TO generate Fabrication drawings and maintain their revisions before the completion of Final inspection.

Clearing of Technical queries, comments on drawings, documents, data sheet, procedure, etc.

Detailed Engineering deliverables turn around cycle with client /vendor.

Knowledge in AUTODESK INVENTOR will added advantage.

Process Engineer / Application Engineer





To support Proposals and Engg team KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES

: • Responsible to draft and edit FlarOmans proposals to clients / engineering contractors for potential new projects.

• Responsible to support Project and Engineering team after the award of project. DUTIES AND GOALS:

• To develop an understanding of the sequence of project management within the company. 

• To review Material Requisition / Request For Quotation (RFQ) and highlight potential area(s) of concern

  • To operate various supporting software, including Flaresim and Autocad. • To schedule and ensure proposition is made on time, including any following Technical Clarification • Develops proposal plans and highlights any special submission format and process (ie: Sealed envelope) • Prepares questions for the potential client based on preliminary evaluation of the Material Requisition and specification
  • To evaluate project costings for proposals by interacting with related division.

• Liaise with engineering contractors and company agents for proposal technical and commercial clarifications. 

• Obtain feedback from projects for lessons learned and overall budget to incorporate in future proposals.


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Engineering background with basic working knowledge of Autocad.
  • Experience in Flare Packages and other Combustion equipment DESIRABLE CRITERIA: • Self-driven
