Job Summary:

The Production Manager will oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and control the manufacturing process to ensure products are produced on time and within budget.
  • Lead and manage the production team to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement production schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure that production meets health, safety, and environmental standards.

Stock Supervisor



Job Summary:


The Stock Supervisor will oversee and manage all aspects of stock control and inventory management, including ensuring product quality and maintaining hygiene standards. This role involves ensuring accurate stock levels, overseeing stock movements, and implementing effective inventory management strategies to support our production and sales operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained. Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Stock Movement: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory. Ensure timely and accurate processing of stock movements and documentation.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train stockroom staff. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet company standards. Conduct inspections and manage any quality-related issues that arise.
  • Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure that all stockroom areas are kept clean and hygienic. Implement and monitor hygiene protocols to prevent contamination and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and inventory turnover. Analyze trends and recommend improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies related to stock management, storage, quality control, and hygiene.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inventory levels with production schedules and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or stock supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
