Apex Gulf Trading LLC, a leading building material trading company in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Storekeeper to join our team. Our primary business involves sourcing and supplying building materials. We receive materials from various vendors, assort them, and prepare them for delivery using our fleet of trucks.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage inventory, ensuring the accurate assortment and storage of materials.
• Prepare and organize materials for delivery across our fleet of 5 trucks.
• Handle approximately 30 purchase deliveries daily and manage 15 delivery notes per truck.
• Maintain accurate records of all stock, deliveries, and inventory movements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role within the building material industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet daily delivery schedules.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.

Perks and benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 per month (no accommodation or food allowance).
• Annual Bonus: After completing 1 year (365 days), the candidate will receive one month's basic salary and a return ticket to India.
• Contract Terms:
• A 1-month probation period upon arrival in Dubai.
• After successful completion of the probation period, an employment visa will be issued.
• The employment visa requires a 2-year commitment; early termination will require reimbursement of visa expense

• Interview: Initial interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
• Visa: Selected candidates will be issued a visit visa, and they must arrange their own flight to Dubai.
• Probation: Upon arrival, there will be a 1-month probation period. Successful candidates will then be offered a full-time contract.
