Project Management Executive for Samamat Flow Control LLC, Dubai

Role & responsibilities

Expediting Activities

• Manage effective expediting activities by obtaining timely feedback / updates.
• Follow up for on-time delivery.

Sales Support

• Constantly liaise with the Commercial team for timely updates of the Supplier Purchase Order.

Supplier and Customer Relations

• Manage relations with suppliers and customers by providing support to ensure on-time delivery of the products.

Follow up on Purchase Orders

• Follow up on Purchase Orders (LPO).

Reports & Documentation

• Prepare, monitor and update status reports.
• Prepares invoices, shipping documents, packing lists etc. for future shipments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline, Preferably Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• PMP Certification is a must
• Minimum experience of 3+ years of work experience in a Project Management role in a Valve manufacturing industry
• Strong technical understanding of Valves for Ball, Triple offset, Actuators, Gate, Globe, Check. Any other type of valves are advantageous.
• Understanding and knowledge of customer specification in ME, API/ ASME stds.
• Should have worked with or have thorough understanding of OEM sub-contracting in Valve industry.
• Should have worked and based in valve manufacturing facility for a period at least 2 years
• Knowledge and understanding of valve component suppliers will be advantageous
• Please note that position i sbased out of Dubai.
