Tarachand & Sons fondly known TCSONS TRADING was established in 1995 and since its inception the company has been steadily growing as a general merchandise company, dealing in foodstuffs, textile, electronics, automobiles, pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and other sundry products.

We have large variety of products under our very own brand "Chaya" & "Tcsco". Also we are authorized distributor of LG Electronics in Mali, Niger and TVS Motors in Mali. We supply to the UN camps in West African region.

Key Requirements:

  1. Expatriate Management Experience: Proven track record in managing expatriate employees.
  2. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and any other Indian language preferred; proficiency in French is essential.
  3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  6. Knowledge of Labor Laws: Understanding of expatriate management and local labor regulations.
  7. Employee Counseling: Ability to counsel and motivate employees effectively.
  8. Learning & Development Facilitation: Experience in identifying and addressing organizational learning and development needs.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management.

Responsibilities:

  • Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee and manage employee attendance and leave according to company policy.
  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Organizational Chart Updates: Update and communicate the organizational chart during changes.
  • Competence Definition: Collaborate with process owners to define competence requirements, roles, and responsibilities for existing and new positions.
  • Recruitment:
    • Source candidates for required positions.
    • Facilitate the interview process and communicate results to candidates.
    • Prepare contracts, negotiate terms, and onboard new hires.
  • Induction Programs: Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Employee Support: Provide basic necessities for employees and visitors, including workplace stationery.
  • Key Result Areas (KRA) Identification: Establish KRAs for each position and develop review methodologies.
  • Performance Management:
    • Conduct self-assessments and performance reviews.
    • Develop and implement appraisal systems.
  • Accommodation Management: Facilitate comfortable accommodations for employees and visitors, utilizing performance monitoring checklists.
  • Training Needs Identification: Assess training needs and create training plans.
  • Trainer Identification: Source both internal and external trainers.
  • Skills Mapping: Ensure process owners effectively map team members' skills and competencies.
  • Training Evaluation: Develop methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Identify and conduct activities to enhance employee engagement.
  • Contract Termination Management: Oversee the management of contract terminations.
  • Grievance Documentation: Record employee grievances related to workplace harmony and compensation.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate with top management and process owners to resolve HR-related issues.
  • Committee Formation: Establish Safety, POSH, and disciplinary committees with employee involvement.
  • Review and Reporting: Conduct regular reviews, report findings to management, and take necessary actions.
