Hiring for a oil shale-fueled power plant constructed in the Attarat Umm Ghudran area 

Role & responsibilities

1. Operational Management:
• Oversee daily operations of the power plant, ensuring efficient and safe production.
• Organize and allocate tasks to the maintenance crew, ensuring timely and quality job completion.
2. Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including permit to work, lockout, and tagout systems.
• Maintain and promote a culture of safety within the team, providing necessary safety training and skills.
3. Team Leadership:
• Lead a maintenance crew of at least 50 members, providing direction, support, and supervision.
• Develop and generate work reports, maintaining clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments.
4. Administrative Duties:
• Manage documentation and reporting, including daily logs, maintenance records, and safety reports.
• Utilize MS Office programs for reporting, scheduling, and communication.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in power plants with at least 150 MW capacity, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Safety Skills: Strong knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing a large maintenance crew, with strong organizational and soft skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in permit to work, lockout, and tagout systems.
• Language: Fluent in English (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing).

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office programs.
