Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of company products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management.
- Perform cold calls to potential customers.
- Manage and optimize store inventory.
- Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in retail sales and marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- College education
- 2+ years experience
- Sindhi with experience in a similar field
