Architectural Draughtsman

Role & responsibilities

The Candidate should have a diploma in architectural drafting with a minimum of 4 - 5 years of work experience in the field of construction from a reputed local/international company. 

He should have capabilities to prepare the landscape/hardscape and interior design shop drawings which includes plan, sections, elevation and required detailing.

Electrical Draughtsman

The Candidate should have a diploma in electrical drafting with a minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in preparing electrical shop drawing & as-built drawing for power system layout, lighting layout & single line diagrams

Mechanical Draughtsman

The Candidate should have a diploma/certificate in Mechanical Plumbing.

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in preparing plumbing shop drawings for water supply, central piping station, including pumps header, manifold air conditioning chiller water system and chilled water pumping station

Landscape Designer

The candidate should have the followings:

Academic qualification: Preferred B. Tech in Architect Landscape or a qualified Artist.

Experience: The candidate should be an artist by nature having minimum 4-5 years experience in the field of Landscape/hardscape design, interior designing with mosaic/marble patterns. Preparing and presenting the design with 3D rendering.

Preparing instant hand sketch proposals to present to the Client

Quantity Surveyor

The candidate should have B.E. (Mechanical) or any other Tech. discipline.

Experience: Minimum 5-6 years experience in the field of MEP as quantity surveying with reputed local/international companies.

He should have capability to prepare work progress certificates at project, prepare project B.O.Q, quantity take- off from the drawings, preparing payment certificates and all other responsibilities related to project.

He should have project pricing experience with full knowledge of all computer programmes related to the work including expertise in excel preparing material log sheet/schedule of the project.

Maintenance Engineer

The candidate should have the followings:

Academic qualification: B.E in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years experience in the field of project maintenance works specifically (MEP) in water supply central pumping station, filtration system, capable to handle, diagnosis the problem, trouble shooting, repair of pumps and related electrical control and water treatment system.

The candidate should be fully responsible for the system 7x24 hrs operation, maintenance and trouble shooting.

Project Engineer - Mechanical

The candidate should have the followings:

Academic qualification: B.E in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5-6 years experience with project construction background related to hydraulic/fluid mechanics experience which comprises water supply pumping station, capable of preparing material submittals, shop drawings with field material quantity take off, preparing (B.0.Q), complete installation of water supply pumping station, preparing all type of inspections with project consultant.

The engineer should have the CAD experience to prepare the shop drawings, as-built drawings, preparing work progress certificates, to handle the team of supervisors/foreman, technicians to complete the installation as per the project schedule.

The candidate must have full command of design related programs with expertise in excel.

He should have capacity to demonstrate & lead the execution teams and handle the project independently.

Senior Electrical Engineer

The candidate should have the followings:

Academic qualification: B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 6-7 years experience in MEP construction projects from reputed local/international companies.

He should have capabilities to handle at a time several projects for the electrical scope of work which further define as to study the project specifications, design parameters, design drawings, preparing specifications compliance material/technical submittals, discussion with consultant to get the approvals of material proposals, drawings as per the project requirements, to prepare the material requirements and supervise the entire execution with the team of supervisors, foreman and technicians of the projects.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Candidates should have Minimum 5-7 years experience from a reputed design related CONSULTANT company/contracting co.
who can independently design all hydraulic/fluid mechanics which comprises water supply pumping station design, selecting pumps capacities in term of flow and head calculation with piping system design, selection of pipe sizes based on flow requirement, selection of media filters. chemical dosing System to maintain the water chemistry complying with all plumbing code of practices.
He-should have full knowledge of CAD and be capable to establish schematic design drawings.
Preparing technical submittals based on project specifications related to compliance and proposal of materials of different MiG., to meet with the project consultant for getting approval. The candidate must have full command of design related computer programs with expertise in excel
