Development and support of the CAD and digital media team, supervision of event based drawings as per client and venue capabilities, and supervise digital media production.
Produce new and update existing drawings as required to support the delivery of events and operational management of the venue.
Support colleagues with client meetings to ascertain design requirements for drawings as needed.
Develop and apply CAD drafting standards through implementation of drawing templates, standards, and version control.
Manage and develop the file structure and naming procedures for a drawing management documents library. Creation of a simple document retrieval plan.
Assist with the production of company and departmental reports as required.
3 years of experience in a CAD role
Must have experience producing 2D CAD drawings using AutoCAD. Experience with 3D as well is preferable.
Clear knowledge of drawing standards and complex drawing level/layer structures
A sound knowledge of engineering design principles
Certification in AutoCad
Working knowledge of the following Microsoft Computer packages:-
o Word
o Excel
o PowerPoint
o Outlook
