Senior HSE Engineer
• Ensure standardized HSE Integrated Management Systems, practices and procedures are developed, maintained and implemented to meet ISO requirements.
• Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans.
• Promoting a safety culture and monitoring safety procedures undertaken in planning and execution.
• Conduct Safety audit of documents and site safety condition.
• Maintain compliance report of internal audit, client audit, external audit & daily observations
• Analyse key issues and accident/incident and advice management corrective/ preventive measures.
• Arrange HSE review meetings, job safety review meeting and site safety meeting.
• Organize on-site HSE campaigns to promote HSE awareness amongst the employees
• Identify HSE training needs
• Prepare and implement HSE Training Calendar.
• Liaison with consultants, clients and external legal / regulatory agencies.
Degree in Engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil)
Certificate in Fire safety Engineering or equivalent
Proficiency in English and Arabic

Construction Superindent
• Supervise the field construction of project and complete the work on schedule, within the budget and to the quality of workmanship specified.
• Must have complete knowledge and understanding of the General Contract, Subcontract, contract drawings, specifications and addenda, and assist the higher authorities in the development of on-site procedures.
• Examine contract drawings, specifications and addenda for design deficiencies, impractical details and possible code violations, and report to the higher authorities.
• Develop/ refine Project Schedule, keep schedules properly updated, and to see that the job meets the various required dates.
• Plan and review Construction Program including quality control procedures, safety and security practices, field office location and layout, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment and manpower.
• Ensure all required permits or licenses are obtained, and that a weatherproof bulletin board is installed on which all requiredsafety notices are posted.
• To cooperate with, and direct when necessary, the activities of the inspection agencies, and to effect remedial actions indicated by the reports of these agencies.
• Chair weekly coordination meetings and monthly safety meetings with the subcontractors
• Review and approve Subcontractor’s monthly requests for payment.
• Participate, as required, in the timely preparation of monthly requisitions to the Client and to see that they are promptly reviewed and approved by the Architect’s field representative.
• Ensure subcontractor enforces their safety programs including the holding of toolbox safety meetings.
• Must be able to read blue prints, have an understanding of project cost analysis and effectively use relevant computer programs
Candidate with a Degree in Engineering having 15 years of experience, of which minimum 3 years in any GCC country. Should have expertise in Sewage Treatment Plants/Wastewater Network/Treated Affluent Plants. Should be proficient in Microsoft Suite/Excel.
Planning Engineer
• Schedule, plan and oversee the entire program of work
• Plan, organize, and coordinate planning activities
• Select most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope
• Determine appropriate logistics solution in managing resources
• Set up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates
• Prepare cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects
• Verify critical path and interface between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution
• Monitor progress periodically and compare it with the baseline planning
• Update the schedule based on inputs received from project team
• Prepare monthly progress reports
• Prepare monthly labor histograms
• Accumulate, collect and analyse data and information required for planning
• Regulate communication and cooperation that adheres to safety and other requirements.
• Able to estimate labour, equipment and material demands of project fairly accurately.
Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
High degree of proficiency in MS Project and Primavera
10 years of experience in planning of sewage and water distribution projects of which 3 years in any GCC country
Site Engineer
• Managing construction projects
• Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations
• Surveying sites
• Making sure budgets, timescales and project specifications are met
• Solving problems and providing technical advice
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Setting out works in accordance with the drawings and specification
• Liaising with the project planning engineer regarding construction programmes
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements
• Observance of safety requirements
• Resolving technical issues with Client, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities
• Quality control and plans and inspection and test plans,
• Ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements
• Measurement and valuation (in collaboration with project quantity surveyor where appropriate)
• Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
10 years of experience out of which 3 years exposure to any GCC country.
