- Ensure the accuracy and complete of records in the system (receiving material, issuance, transfer in, transfer out).
- Ensure a proper work procedures and fill in the required forms.
- Matching the balances in the books with the actual balances through periodic physical counting.
- Coordinate between the inventory management and cost control department, provide them with all necessary documents, analysis and reports.
- Direct supervision of the monthly closing for inventory module and make sure all the purchases is completed in the periods to which they relate.
