Experience: 1 - 6 yrs
    Prepare drawings. sketches and calculations of ship stability and ballast condition.

    Review and monitor the required plans of vessels scheduled for dry docking.

    Responsible for guiding and providing technical information about the ships to be docked.

    Operate computer aided (AutoCAD) software for drafting the preliminary and final drawings. Operate reproduction equipment/machine, such as blue printing machine.plotters and printers.

    Coordinate with various department, shops and subcontractors. to ensure the safety of docking the vessels.

    Conduct drydock inspection.after the vessel is docked and monitor ship repair site.

    Plan effectively to minimize the transfer of dock blocks from one dock to another.

    Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.

    Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head. Preferred Competencies:
    Preferably a graduate in Naval Architecture.

    Computer proficient with AutoCAD experience.

    Working experience as Docking Planner in a major shipyard preferred.
