Restaurant Manager / Outlet Manager (Quick Service Restaurants/Fast Service Restaurants)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee the restaurant service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensure that the Restaurant is ready to receive and serve the guests well in time and the ambience is maintained. Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant. Ensure that all team members adhere to the service standards and procedures laid down in SOP and that the service teams maintain decorum & hospitality attitude.
RESPONSIBILITY
Maintain hygiene of the staff & outlet. Staff training and development.
Shall be responsible for the generation of all reports and maintenance of all registers for his restaurant/outlet.
To review all the monthly MIS reports of the outlet, including comment cards along with the F&B Manager and shall analyze reasons for all variances (from established targets and norms) with a view to plan corrective action.
Prepare schedule for cleaning & necessary preventive maintenance work as required and maintain records and registers.
To communicate necessary feedback (pertaining to food) to Chef so as to help to plan improvements and new introductions in the menu.
Responsible for resolving any unpleasant situation arising in the Restaurant (involving guests or team members or both) in an amicable way.
Shall be responsible for the inventory control of crockery, cutlery and glassware (CCG), uniforms and other equipment in the outlet.
Responsible to coordinate and initiate Indoor/Outdoor Catering to meet the targets.
- QUALIFICATION
Education: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Hotel Management (candidate should be a hotel management graduate or diploma in hotel management also preferred with over 5 years of experience)
5+ years of experience in Fast Food/ Fine Dining Restaurant
Good interpersonal, communication, leadership, organization and decision-making skills
Good command on Ms-Office application
Knowledge on POS will be an advantage.
knowledge on more languages will be an advantage (E.g. Hindi, & English and Nepalese)
