ERP Analyst/Programmer
Reports to: ERP Director
Primary Purpose:
Design & enhance solutions, develop modifications, test deliverables and provide support and maintenance to ERP users.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Works closely with both the implementers and the business users to design/develop the proper solution
- Build the solutions according to the RFP
- Document designs and developments/customizations
- Troubleshooting of systems malfunctions
- Coordinates with project managers for solutions designs
- Conduct system tests along with business users and project managers
- Maintain and enhance systems after launch

Information Technology Security Officer (ITSO)
Reports to: Director, I.T.
Primary purpose of the job:
Ensure that Z Net infrastructure have appropriate security controls. Monitor and review projects and Computer Rooms for compliance with information security policies. Promote, educate on and support the ZT/IT Information Security program (Policies and Procedures). Ensure the ZT/IT operations are secure and maintain an updated knowledge on vulnerability of ZT/ITs' platforms.
Principal accountability:
- Establish information security processes and guidelines.
- Setup Network security alerts and log files.
- Audit security logs and reports to trap security breach.
- Ensure total compliance with IT standards and procedures.
- Evaluate security products, perform training on them.
- Examine new technologies to be introduced by new IT projects and issue security clearance for their implementation.
- Certify ZT/IT under ISO 9000 'Tick IT' program.
- Train ZT/IT staff on new security measures and insure full implementation.
- Educate and raise awareness of Z Net users community regarding security policies and security threats/issues.

Education:

- Research, design and develop technical utilities.
1- Provide Technical training for I.T. Operations & Development staff.
- Provision of technical support for operational troubleshooting.

- Optimization of network and hardware performance.
- Managing/monitoring the performance of the network and hardware and recommend to management any required changes, to ensure consistent performance of all network components.
