1. Scrutiny of tender/contract documents
2. Understand technical specifications, drawings & schedules
3. Developing BOQ & Quotations, pricing for ELV Systems - Ac cess Control, CCTV, Guest Room Management, Lighting Control, Structured Cabling System & other ELV Sysytems.
4. Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers.
5. Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
6. Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies.
7. Maintaining Documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records
8. Delegating Draftsmen for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.
9. Assisting in project co-ordination.
10. Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well as project specific questionnaires.
11. Making technical submittals to project specific.
12. Preparing Shop Drawings:
- Automation Devices wiring/conduit layout
- Equipment Layout
- Riser diagrams, Schematic layout
CCTV, Structured Cabling, Access Control layouts and other works like Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings etc.
