- REQUIREMENTS
1) Asphalt Plant Manager
20 yrs Min 10 years experience in the similar field /Directs operation and maintenance of asphalt production
2) Project Manager
15yrs Min 10 years experience in the similar field /Trouble shoot downtime and eliminate or minimize the causes in the future by implementing preventive maintenance procedures/Assist and train plant employees/Record pertinent information accurately and relay production, quality, equipment and personnel information to appropriate individuals/Approve and submit work hours of personnel and pertinent job information daily/Perform daily equipment, walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintained/Manage aggregate inventory and schedule rail deliveries./Safely and properly supervise and coordinate activities of workers/Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others/ Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material, quality, equipment, operation/repair, etc.)/ Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors
3) Lab Engineer
20 yrs Min 10 years experience in the similar field /Monitor material quality, inspect, & troubleshoot material. Work closely with Quality Control Department
Coach and monitor team members and sites to comply with OSHA, MSHA and safety regulations
4) Project Engineer
15 yrs Min 10 years experience in the similar field
5) Plant operators
20 yrs Min 10 years experience in the similar field
6) QA/QC Engineer
20 yrs Min 10 years experience in the similar field
7) General foreman
10 yrs Min 10 years experience in the similar field
8) Draftsman / Surveyor
10 yrs Min 10 years experience in the similar field
