Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled ITI Technicians with specializations in mechatronics, electricals, mechanicals, fitting, diesel engine mechanics, or plastic-related trades to join our team in the plastic manufacturing industry. The role requires hands-on expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of machines on the production floor. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment in the plastic manufacturing plant.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machines to ensure efficient operation.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during machine operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report issues promptly.
• Work under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• ITI certification in Mechatronics, Electricals, Mechanicals, Fitter, Diesel Engine, or Plastic-related trades.
• 2-3 years of hands-on work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow technical manuals and safety guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering diagrams and technical documentation.

Education Background:

• ITI certification after completing 10th grade in any of the following:
• Mechatronics (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)
• Electrical
• Mechanical
• Fitter
• Diesel Engine
• Plastic-related trade
