Global Visa Consultant
Job Purpose:
Facilitate global visa applications for clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and seamless processing
Key Responsibilities:
- Process visa applications for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering comprehensive guidance on visa options, requirements, and procedures.
- Knowledge of all embassies and missions in KSA.
- Be updated about the latest visa regulations and policies for various countries or as per client specifications.
- Provide clients with detailed information on visa requirements, fees, and processing times.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized assistance and addressing their needs, and maintaining top-notch service standards.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to visa procurement.
- Assist clients in preparing for interviews or exams, as needed, and arrange additional travel services such as insurance, tickets, and accommodation upon request.
- Keep up of international visa laws and policy modifications to guarantee adherence and give clients correct information.
- Utilize visa management systems and use of tools and processes for managing visa applications to keep track of application statuses, keep an eye on deadlines, and keep correct documentation.
Sales & Customer Excellence:
- Work together with other departments to determine the requirements for visas for potential customers then develop solutions that are specifically tailored to their needs.
Operational excellence:
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and procedures to streamline visa processing times and minimize errors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
- Manage all aspects of visa processing, including document verification, application filing, and communication with consulates or embassies.

Job Purpose:
To manage all government-related transactions and ensure organizational compliance with Saudi labor laws by handling visa processes, government documentation, and maintaining relationships with key government entities including Ajeer, QIWA, GOSI, and various ministries while supporting company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Government Relations Management:
- Handle all transactions with government authorities including Ministry of Labor, Jawazat, and other regulatory bodies.
- Process various types of visas through and QIWA platforms (Exit/Re-entry, Final Exit, Work Visas).
- Maintain and renew company licenses and certificates with relevant authorities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Saudization requirements and labor regulations.
2) Documentation & Compliance:
- Process and maintain Iqama renewals, transfers, and cancellations for employees.
- Handle Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestations, Chamber of commerce and document legalization.
- Manage employee passport services including submission and collection.
- Coordinate with Taqat and HR for employee file documentation.
3) Employee Support Services:

4) Reporting & Administration:
