Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including dusting, Vacuuming, and restocking supplies.
- Provide administrative support to staff by performing tasks such as photocopying, filing documents, and answering phone calls.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning.
- Assist with event planning and setup by setting up tables, chairs, and other necessary items.
- Run errands for senior staff members as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in an office setting or related field (e.g. hotel housekeeping).
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with colleages and clients
- Diploma in Hotel Management
- Experience in 3/4/5 star hotels or any multinational companies preferred
Please note that this position will be for an Elite Professional in Saudi Palace.
Applicant must have good hospitality and office support experience
