Nationality: Any Arabic National, Any European National, Indian, Filipino
Experience: 8 - 15 yrs.
To lead, deliver and ensure that EGA operations / maintenance has sufficient trained and competent non-supervisory employees at all levels, at all times, to meet the current and future needs of the business.
Assesses and defines training and development needs in association with managers, senior training specialists and in collaboration with area managers in order to develop and deliver training to the identified operations and maintenance employees;
Manages the design, development, delivery and monitoring of all technical and operations training courses;
Establishes and maintains clearly defined training programs that will ensure the safe integration of new employees into the EGA’s workforce with special emphasis on U.A.E. Nationals;
Ensures that trainees’ progress is accurately recorded in compliance with EHSFS and ISO standards.
