CRM Executives for Dubai (Customer Relation Executive)

Reports To: Sales Manager / CRM Manager

Job Summary:


The CRM Executives will enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales for our furniture fit-outs manufacturing company. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer relationship management, and a proactive approach to following up on inquiries and quotations.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction:


  • Answer incoming phone queries regarding products, services, and project details.
  • Provide detailed information about furniture fit-outs, including materials, designs, and customization options.

Follow-ups:


  • Conduct follow-ups on quotes provided to clients to ensure customer engagement and to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain a systematic approach to follow-ups.

Quotations and Costing:


  • Prepare and send product costing quotations based on customer requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate and timely quotations.

Account Management:


  • Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date.
  • Monitor and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly.

Reporting:


  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide regular reports on follow-up activities, customer feedback, and sales performance.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize on improving customer engagement and conversion rates. Support marketing initiatives to promote new products and services.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate and timely quotations.

Candidate Profile:


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, accounting, finance or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 -5 years of experience in a customer service or CRM role, preferably within the furniture or interior design industry. Prior experience in UAE is preferred.

Personal Attributes & Skills:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Salary 4500-7000 AED + Bonus and Medical Insurance


UAE , Gulf experience Preferred
