Machining Supervisor

General Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in machining,
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing aluminum structural parts in the aerospace industry,
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming,
• Knowledgeable about three-dimensional measurement devices and other measurement equipment,
• Familiar with AS9100 and other aerospace-specific quality standards,
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, flexible with working hours.

Job Description

• Carrying out activities related to the introduction of new products,
• Managing the commissioning processes of machined parts both in-house and externally,
• Planning and coordinating fixture, cutting tools, CAD/CAM, manufacturing, and quality stages for machined parts,
• Conducting production processes using lean manufacturing techniques and carrying out Kaizen activities for process improvement,
• Conducting time studies and working on efficiency improvement projects.

Engineering Supervisor

General Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering,
• At least 8 years of experience in metal part manufacturing processes such as cutting, welded manufacturing, machining, and surface treatments,
• Experienced in new product launches and engineering processes,
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, flexible to work with multi-cultural environment.

Job Description

• Working on proposal packages,
• Carrying out new product launch activities,
• Communicating with customers regarding technical requirements,
• Analyzing customer technical documentation to accurately identify needs and requirements,
• Identifying quality requirements and informing the quality department,
• Conducting production processes using lean manufacturing techniques and carrying out Kaizen activities for process improvement,
• Preparing and updating technical documentation related to production processes,
• Conducting time studies and working on efficiency improvement projects
