Need a Design, Bid and Build skillset.
Civil Engineer with 2-7 years experience in the UAE building G+1/2 villas. Design, drawings(CAD & Revit), MEP, Planning , Procurement, HVAC, Safety, Site works and others as needed.
Essentially we need a candidate who can pivot and help build a small but strong team and introduce best practices in the UAE to the local market
Can independently lead a small group to execute the project.
Job is project based and for a limited period of 4-6 months only. If the client awards the larger scope, then the contract will be extended for up to 3 years. Location Rwanda. (East Africa)
Salary : 800 - 1500 USD NET Accommodation, food, tickets, visas transport and medicals will be provided as well.
