Needed Contract Engineer in Saudi Arabia for reputed pipeline company.
Education : Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience : Minimum five years experience in relevant field
Mostly in maintenance refinery, oil & gas and petrochemical or process industry
SCOPE OF WORK
• Review contracts and ensure that it is in compliance with legal requirements, specifications and government regulations.
• Interpret terms and conditions, procedures of awarded contracts.
• Arrange to prepare/meet the pre-qualification requirements of the clients.
• Liaise with line manager and/or operations manager to attend pre-tender meetings.
• Coordinate with estimation for the timely submission of tenders.
• Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of the contracts and present to the line manager.
• Maintain file for each contracts which includes (original contract, all related correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules).
• Prepare and summarize contracts execution requirements and payment terms.
• Perform contract closing activities as needed.
• Coordinate with finance department for raising invoices to clients on time and support for payments folloW.
