JOB PURPOSE:

To develop and implement Marketing & Communication Strategies in-line with the overall company objectives, to ensure the various business units achieve their short & long terms business plans & to set process and procedures that the team adhere.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 Re-structure the Marketing Team & put together JDs and KPIs for each team member.

 Create policies & procedures that are strictly adhered to, to ensure the workflow is streamlined and company standards are met.

 Manage the standardization of communication tools within the business, through the production of quality control with the purpose of maintaining company standards and quality across all communication.

 Identify key business objectives and accordingly strategize short and long term Marketing Strategies which maximize the utilization of the Marketing budget for which the Head of Marketing is responsible. 

 Manage the team member’s performance through identifying strengths and weaknesses and their adherence to the company’s performance management process in order to close performance gaps and support personal development.

 Sign-off third parties to complete the proposed Marketing structure to support the business; PR, Social Media, Media & Production

 Develop an enhanced Store layout mock-up plan

 Launch an RBM Manual 

 Strategizing and launching Kids

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

Internal: Business units, support functions & Team

External: Principals, Agencies, Suppliers, Malls & all third parties.


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Communication from a reputable English speaking University; MBA is a plus.

Minimum Experience: 8-10 years if Marketing experience in a similar field.
