Key aspects of this role include:
- Leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
- Work closely with individual members of sales force to establish appropriate goals for each district
- Monitor team and individual progress to ensure effective working towards goals and provide coaching where needed
- Comply with all company regulations when interacting with healthcare professionals, distributing product samples and so on
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelors degree required; Scientific or Medical
- Experience within diabetes or cardiovascular therapeutic area
- Previous management experience and demonstrated leadership skills
- Previous experience across other functional areas of business
- Proven sales track record, natural networker and relationship builder
