Salary: Basic QAR 6500 package
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Stores in Charge
Graduate with at least 2-4 years experience with the same field /FMCG, must be knowledgeable in SAP , if in Qatar must have NOC .
Please find below Store In-Charge Job Description;
v Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff.
v Planning out all store resources and activities in keeping with the company’s objectives and targets.
v Ensuring that all the health and safety requirements are met and also has to take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
v To maintain and issue inventory report, in and out status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report.
v To find out and implement cost reduction measures in all aspects of store transactions and activities.
v Suggesting of measures of improvement and development of the warehouse.
v Motivating the staff to make an effective and efficient team.
v Manage stock control, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
v Follow up & control daily absence and over time.
v Running shift with safety and efficiency as priorities.
