My client is a leading Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Maintenance Contractor based in the UAE and due to recent project expansions they are in the market for project markets to work out of their UAE offices.
The main functions for the project manager role is listed below :
JOB PROFILE:
• Oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
• Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project as per schedule.
• Perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.
• Manage and responsible for more than one project at a time.
EDUCATION:
• Min Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation.
• Experience: 15+ years
• Skills (if any): MS Windows, XP, VISTA, AutoCAD, Excel, MS Access, Power point.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as Time, cost and agreed quality standards.
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing Needs and requirements.
• Maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined.
• Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path analysis.
• Weekly and monthly progress reports.
Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
