Role & Responsibilities:

Liaison with Wholesale, Category Managers, Finance and Logistics departments.

Personally responsible for the Sales Team, sport & lifestyle sales team, and the brands customer service team.

Budget responsibility for Wholesale, Sports & Lifestyle.

Passion to drive profitable and sustainable market share growth of the brand and the sport & lifestyle brands across the GCC.

Achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual sales margin targets, able to develop sales strategies to sustain market growth, ensure internal processes and support systems are in place to facilitate the sales process. 

Able to develop a strong and motivated sales team, analyze customer data and market figures to identify the gaps in the market.

Measuring KPI’s, monitor reports on customers and competitors activities, propose and initiate action plans, forecasting on customers performance to ensure compliance with agreements.


Requirements:

Candidate should be a very strong communicator, with a degree in business or marketing, 

Must have 3-5 years sales experience within the sports good industry, proven track record in leading and managing a team, exposure to sports, marketing, account marketing.

Advanced level in Microsoft office, 

English Fluent/advanced.
