- Job Description:
Holder of a degree in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural Engineering or Building/Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), well experienced with tender preparation, contract documents and Bill of quantities, taking-off measurements and liaise with client, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers; must be proficient in Autocad, MS Office, MS Project, Excel and other softwares for Quantity Surveying.

Contracts will be KSA standard labour contract
All candidates should be able to submit copy of an internationally recognized University degree in their respective fields in original; such degree is to be attested by the KSA Embassy in the respective countries of origin. This is a mandatory pre-requisite for residency VISA and related work permit.
All candidates should submit certificates from the previous company/ work from the previous work experiences as a reference.
