Maintenance of statutory records
Statutory online filings with RoC
Handling all company law matters
Knowledge of compliance related to labour law
Coordinate with the group legal services and enforce changes wherever necessary
Qualified Company Secretary
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
LLB will be an added advantage
Qualification:
Industry preference: Any industry
Total Experience: 5-10 years
Salary: Excellent package for deserving candidates with good credentials.
Working Schedule: Long term
Age: 35 -48
