- Co-ordination and Management of Engineering activities of the Spinning Plant e.g.
- 1. Management of Electrical System, Air Washer & AC System, Electronics Controls etc
2. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
3. Proper Control of Spare Parts and its consumption.
4. Supervising Maintenance Team
5. Preventing Breakdowns
6. Ensuring optimum utilisation and proper running of machines
7. Power Saving Initiatives
8. ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and other Regulatory Administration
9. Safety Management of the Plant
10. Co-ordination with Public Supply Company.
11. Other Engineering Activities like Water System, Workshop, Electronic Lab etc.
- Good command over English Language and Computer Proficient
- Should have aptitude for learning new language .It is essential to learn local language (Bahasa Indonesia) at the earliest for better communication.
- Should be prepared for hard work and close supervision of local staff.
- Hands on experience in Spinning Mill is essential.
