Identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking adequate steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
Hands on experience in planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
Project site supervision for erection & commissioning of electrical panels & other equipments.
Having experience in Induction furnaces breakdown & its operation.
Responsible for Electrical installation of Transformer, Switchgear, HT/LT motors, PMCC.
Played a pivotal role in reducing the break down loss hours by regular preventive work and contingency plan for critical machines of each department.
Qualification - Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience - Minimum 8-15 years practical experiences in Managing Electrical Maintenance in a Steel Plant.
Technical Competencies - Strong in Electrical Maintenance.
