I) ESTIMATOR-
Bachelor Degree in Finance/Cost Accounting /HR / Engineering with minimum 8 years experience in cost estimation of manpower recruitment/outsourcing organization. Must be familiar with various components of Manpower costing, which include but not limited to costing related to Recruitment, Mobilization, Overhead and other related expenses. Work experience with international recruitment firm or Mega recruitment companies will be an add advantage. Candidate must have excellent skills in Excel and familiar with Financial and HR Terms. Middle east experience will be an added advantage
II) MARKETING AND SALES EXECUTIVES-
Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Human Sources with min 10 years or MBA in Marketing or Human Resources with min 8 years experience Manpower outsourcing or Mega Recruitment companies. Candidate must possess excellent marketing, Sales and Business Development skills to identify potential clients for Manpower Services mainly related to Oil & Gas , Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Mining and Utility Mining and Utility industries. Candidate must develop SMART business leads and convert into sales. Candidate must possess excellent market knowledge on business related to Saudi Arabia. Work experience in Saudi Arabia /GCC preferred. Candidate must possess excellent communication and Leadership skills.
III) BUSINESS PLANNER-
Bachelor Degree/MBA with specialization in Marketing or HR with min 8 years experience in Business related to international recruitment or Mega recruitment companies .The responsibility include but not limited to Business Analysis, Manpower and Financial Planning, Formulate Short and Long Term Plans. Candidate must possess excellent skills in developing Sales and Marketing plans for potential customers for Manpower Services business mainly related to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Mining and Utility Mining and Utility industries. The candidates will be responsible for annual plan, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports that compare actual business objectives.. Work experience in Saudi Arabia /GCC preferred. Candidate must possess excellent communication and Leadership skills. Proficiency with database applications and Strong organizational and analytical skills is must.
