- Responsible for handling technicians issues in the camp.
- Responsible for looking after the safety and recreation of the employees.
- Responsible for performing disciplinary work, as well as fire any employee, may have to pacify in case of disputes, will have to deal with the problem of staff shortage.
- The incumbent have to act as a connecting bridge between the company and the employees.
- The incumbent should be active listeners and listen patiently to whatever is being told to them.
- Should be able to motivate, develop and direct people to get the best out of them.
- Must possess effective writing skills.
- Should have very good negotiation skills.
- Should have good Knowledge in Computers.
