Job Description:
    Candidates must possess valid (Minimum six months) passport. Those on visit visa or transferable visa, preferred;
    Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
    Creating and maintaining filing systems, keeping diaries, arranging meetings and appointments and organizing travel as required.
    Primarily assisting the management, sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules, Preparing and then following up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client. 
    Must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs, within cost and time restraints.
    She/he must be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
    Should be aware of reporting systems & procedures & have the skill to obtain information from the market, competition & other relevant information from the field. 
    Weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual Reporting Sales Person Wise, projection & planning of monthly target & forecast. 
    Training & guiding to staff for optimal use of computers, ensuring better results & efficiency.
    Well versed with operating of various office equipments like photocopier, fax, scanner, printers, biometric etc & for periodic maintenance, up keeping, replacement of refills/spare parts as necessary. She/he should be able to implement economized use of old technologies such as fax and mail.
    Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical matters in varied environments/conditions
      Requirements:
      Candidates within the age group of 24-35 preferred.
      2-5 yrs Hardcore Experience as Secretary, Sales Co-coordinator and in Administration & IT support. Excellent knowledge and experience in Excel applications is a must. 
      Should be a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or information systems, Commerce graduates with relevant experience of 5-7 yrs in the same/similar field. 
      She must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within this profile. Knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage.
      Should possess fair knowledge of Computer Applications, Use of Telephone Systems & LAN Networking. 
      Strong working knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point & other similar software applications. The Knowledge on usage of Tally and other similar accounting software, definite advantage.
      Previous experience in trading of industrial goods with extensive working knowledge of Excel preferred.

      Education: Basic - Bachelors in Commerce with Computer Application, Bachelor of Science (Computers), Diploma (Computers)
