Senior Technical Lead / Project Manager for Dubai, UAE

Fast growing Gcom Software Inc, USA (GCOM) based company is expanding its operations in Middle East. 

To meet expansion program, GCOM is looking for a dynamic self-motivated person who is technically savvy, equally adept at project management, business analysis and architecting solutions.

Desirable skills: 

1. Experience with COTS product preferable licensing and permitting
2. Be bilingual (Arabic, English)
Job Responsibilities: 

1. Overall incharge of delivering software as per specifications 
2. Achieve mastery of the COTS Product (full training will be provided)
3. Manage the Team, resolve issues at conceptual level, escalate appropriately to US team for technical help/direction
Ideal candidate - 


We are looking for a go-getter who has burning desire to achieve greatness.:


1. B.E or Master in Computer Science
2. 4-5 years of experience in IT field
3. Hands on experience delivering large scale mission critical systems/integration projects
4. 5-8 years of prior hands on experience delivering enterprise systems based on .Net or Java/JEE
5. Ability to start immediately (within 1 to 2 weeks after an offer is made);
6. Ability to communicate with senior management and the technical team
7. Ability to instill confidence when interfacing with people 
8. Excellent written and verbal communications
9. Experience working for a large onsite team driving an enterprise solution 
10. Ability to lead/mentor/coach and show the team the way to completion
Compensation:

1. 10-12 lakhs per annum Cost to the Company Plus
2. Generous expense allowance while deployed in Dubai
3. Profit Sharing/Bonus/Stock options based on performance
4. Compensation will not be a limiting factor.


Deserving Candidates will be required to work at Dubai, UAE on work permit .
