- Requirements:-
1. Must have passed 10th grade from a CBSE English medium school.
2. Bachelor Degree with minimum 70% marks.
3. Masters Degree with minimum 60% marks.
4. Degree in education or teaching from a recognized University.
5. Minimum 10 years experience in teaching in various CBSE schools.
6. Either 5 years experience as Principal or Vice principal in a CBSE school.
7. Excellence in handling English language.
8. Excellence in communication skills.
9. Age should be between 40 to 50 years.
10. Should have good skills & experience in organizing meetings, conference like teacher
training programs & large functions like annual days.
11. Should have good skills in handling conflicts.
12. Should have a good track record of dedication in the institutions previously employed.
Desirable Requirements:-
1. Has experience working in CBSE administrative boards.
2. Gulf/ Overseas experience.
3. PhD in education or any subject related topics.
4. Qualification in child psychology.
5. Multiple language skills.
