The Technical Solution Architect works under the project manager on design and development issues and is the Technical Architect of a large Curam implementation. The Technical Solution Architect is responsible for ensuring that client projects are designed / implemented in a way to maximize usage of out-of-the-box Curam COTS functionality and also to ensure that new functionality is designed in a configurable/upgradable manner. 

Requirements 
Experience using the Cram Enterprise Framework Components, Cram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cram Workflow Engine, Cram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), IBM DB2, UIM, RSA modeling, BPO Implementation, and Cram Web Services implementation. 

Extensive technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, XSL, Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL) 
Minimum three (8) years experience as a Cram Developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing 

Ability to perform gap fit analysis and solution recommendation for the latest Curam platform. 
Ensure project development team to adhere to project technical standards and ensure best practices of Curam implementation is applied. 

Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users 
Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures 
Work independently and lead teams of technical consultants and developers. 
Experience in development with both the Cram Enterprise Framework and Cram Solution Modules 
Cram V6 Certified Developer 
Experience with DB2 database platforms 
Experience with JavaScript and IBM Websphere
